Requirement:   ASM - Executive OEM Sales
Job Description:  
Generate Sales revenue, with linearity in sales off take; Increase market coverage & penetration through a set of channel partners /System Integrators /Institutions; Create demand through various activities; Collect customer/market feedback to support new product creation initiatives.

Roles & Responsibility:

Planning & Control (primary role):

Plan sales revenue for territory, plan channel partners, forecast for SCM, review sales/throughput IN ORDER TO sustain revenue growth.

Demand Creation (primary role):

Identify/select and appoint channel /SI partners, plan for implementing promotional programs, review implementation IN ORDER TO get maximum share in the channel/region.

Sales Interface (primary role):

Plan/monitor sales personnel/channel partners performance, support and guide channel partners/SI and team, follow up for availability of products through coordination with COM, follow up for payments (if applicable) based on inputs from sales accounting IN ORDER to achieve linearity in sales off take and targeted topline.

Product Creation (supportive role):

Give feedback to marketing on customer application of our products and competitors activities IN ORDER TO help develop new products/applications.

Education & Other Personality Traits:

Graduate/Post Graduate + MBA/PGDM (2 years)

Technical Education background

Strong end user engagement & handling experience.

Good verbal communication skills -English & Regional Language, Hindi (added advantage)

Positive attitude with a will achieve spirit.
