Requirement:   Centre Manager
Job Description:  
Responsibilities :

-Drive KPI / Performance Management / Improvement


-Handling Engineers, Customer Escalations , Q Management  and MIS reports.


-Ensure Resource Availability at the centre.


-Closely monitoring the volume and capacity management at the centre.


-Centre Performance reviews and feedback to the teams


-Compliance to internal audit schedule and take appropriate corrective and   preventive actions


-Maintain good ambience @ Centre as per the defined standards.

-Preparing weekly or monthly reports

•Attending management meetings
•Taking advantage of business opportunities
•Budgeting & Overseeing the upkeep of the building
•Performing administrative duties & Handling daily ad hoc responsibilities


Education & Other Skills :

A graduate / Diploma from a Technical Background. .
