Roles & Responsibilities
 Sell Enterprise services like ERP, Application support, BI & Analytics, Managed IT Services
, Offshore IT Services, Remote Infrastructure Management (RIM) services, Consulting & Staffing Services etc.
 Experience in a startup environment and ramping up sales efforts from start to maturity.
 Entrepreneurial mindset with turnaround / transformation expertise.
 Develop new global business and identify appropriate buyers
 Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects.
 Expert in driving and managing C-level conversations
 Conduct a needs analysis and determine prospects pain points to determine how Company
offering/solution will address those needs.
 Accounts mapping, prospecting & managing customer relationships
 To be single point of Contact for all Customer needs and to represent the company to the
Acquiring new accounts for the company, building funnel & business plan for strategic large accounts
 Delivery of sales & product presentations to customers
 Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales
 Gathering market and customer information on existing setup, identify needs & decision -
making process
 Reviewing own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets on overall deal
value & gross margin optimization
 Gaining a clear understanding of customers' businesses and requirements
 Introduction of new solutions and technology to customer by organizing Presentation,
Workshop and POC / Demos
