Job Description:  

Experience- Minimum 4-6 experience in relevant field and HR

Age: - 25 to 40 Years

Qualifications required – MBA with HR

Job Profile

1)      Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information.

2)      Able to work closely with the Sales team to assess the progress of the department and develop Sales strategy accordingly.

3)      Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested.

4)      Monitor the team’s progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements

5)      Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

6)      Sales co-ordination- Clint relationship management, E-tendering and coordination with sales staff.

7)      A Sales Coordinator prepares and then follows up on any sales quotations made for clients, negotiating terms with the client at a cost best suited for them.

8)      Able to efficiently respond to any online or telephone queries in a calm and friendly manner.

9)      The Sales Coordinator must liaise between other departments and the client to provide the service most suitable to the client’s needs, cost and time restraints
