Requirement:   Project Commercial Officer
Job Description:  
  • Knowledge in SAP

  • Knowledge in commercial terms, contract clauses, e-way bill, taxation & duties as applicable in Indian context

  • To take care of Order creation, Purchase request, material code creation, invoice process in SAP.

  • Must have experience in project invoicing & project accounting.

  • Reconciliation of invoice reports.

  • Familiar with project budget, accounting and ability to make forecast in consultation with Project Managers.

  • Familiar with Cash inflow & out flow statements

  • Maintaining the project commercial records (eg- Budget, actual, cost committed, man hours etc.)

  • Generating project commercial overview report.

  • Developing the specifications for the claim management and follow up the implementation together with the project managers.

  • Preparation of Claims.

  • Check the validity of debit accounts.

  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritise work.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proficiency in MS office (Excel and Word). Knowledge in Excel Macros and work experience in MNC’s would be added advantage.

  • Willingness to travel.

B.com or Engineering degree in Mechanical (Added Advantage)
