  • Overall responsibility of managing the kitchen that serves international cuisine.
  • Manage multiple location outlets.
  • Plan and direct food preparation. Menu / recipe standardization.
  • Ensure, quality, hygiene, safety, HACCP, presentation standards.
  • Quality and economic purchasing.
  • Train staff, control food cost.
  • Ensure maximum guest satisfaction.
  • Food promotion, revenue generation.
  • Attract events using innovative ideas.
  • MIS Reporting.
